The Community Hospital of San Bernardino:
- Was founded in 1910 by Dr. Henry Mills Started on the site of an old saloon on Arrowhead Ave and 4th Street
- Was originally named Ramona Hospital Moved to its present location in April of 1958
- The present hospital began as a single story 133-bed building
- The hospital now spans four buildings and four city blocks with 343-beds
- The hospital admits more than 13,000 patients per year
- Treats an average of 110 each day in its emergency department
- Delivers an average of 215 babies each month
