Known for its community involvement, the Community Hospital of San Bernardino Foundation was founded in 1976 by a group of dedicated community leaders. Since then, the Foundation has provided funding to improve our hospital's facilities and upgrade medical equipment throughout the hospital. 

Your support enables Community Hospital of San Bernardino to continue its mission to provide a broad range of health care and educational services for our patients and the community.  Whether you donate one-time or annually, participate in or donate to the Annual Golf Classic--our only public fundraiser, or you honor a loved one through a tribute gift, all donations allow us to meet the needs of our Inland Empire residents.  We assure our supporters that each gift goes directly toward making a difference in the lives of many people in our community.

Donating in honor or in memory of a special person is a positive way to celebrate someone's life, whilst helping to raise funds for the Community Hospital of San Bernardino Foundation.  You may choose to give in memory of, or to remember a friend, family member, a nurse, birthdays or special anniversaries.  Our Foundation will send a notification letter to the person acknowledging your gift.  The specific amount is confidential unless otherwise requested.
